Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised immediately after making the payment.

Service Initiated

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the Service (bootcamp, hackathon access, digital material, or community access) has already been initiated or delivered.

How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@nodegree.site with your order details and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Digital Services

Since our offerings are primarily digital and experience-based (online bootcamps, hackathons, learning content, and community access), once access is granted, cancellations may not be possible.

Non-Delivery of Service

If we are unable to provide the Service due to technical or operational reasons from our end, eligible refunds may be processed after verification.

Quality Issues

If you believe the Service delivered is materially different from what was promised, you must notify our support team within 2 days of accessing the Service. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Refund Processing

  • • Approved refunds will be processed within 16-30 business days.
  • • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in cases of:

  • • Change of mind after accessing content
  • • Partial participation
  • • Failure to attend sessions
  • • Violation of Terms & Conditions
